我国优秀攀岩速度赛运动员赛前血乳酸与心率变化特征研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:通过对备战第2届亚洲室内攀岩运动会的国家队运动员进行赛前的身体机能评定,寻找适宜的项目训练规律,为大赛中更好发掘运动员的最佳竞技水平提供理论和指标依据。研究对象:参加第2届亚洲室内攀岩运动会的7名国家队运动员。方法:赛前针对不同的运动负荷,对运动员的血乳酸和心率等指标进行实时检测。结果:血乳酸与心率等指标变化规律显示,攀岩是以速度力量为主导性的运动竞技项目,供能方式主要以磷酸原为主,同时糖酵解供能也占有一定比重。结论:攀岩速度赛项目主要以发展无氧代谢能力为主,以ATP-CP供能比例最大,乳酸能系统供能比例次之。因此在训练中积极发展运动员的速度力量、增加磷酸原能源储备以及神经-肌肉系统的调控能力将是该项目制胜的关键环节。 Objective:by the physical function assessment before competition of the national climbing team athletes(speed race) preparing for the second Asian Indoor Games,we want to find suitable training rules and provide a theoretical basis indicators to better identify the best competitive level of the athletes.Object:we take 7 climbing team athletes participating in the second Asian Indoor Games as the research object.Methods:by monitoring exercise load indicators of blood lactate and heart rate of athletes before sport in time.Results: Blood lactate and heart rate changes of other indicators show that rock climbing is the speed and strength as the dominant athletic program,and the energy supply way is basic mainly on the original phosphorylation,and glycolysis also has a large proportion.Conclusion:rock speed climbing competition can be followed mainly for the development of anaerobic metabolism,and ATP-CP energy ratio is the largest proportion in the lactic energy system.Therefore,the positive development of athletes in speed and strength,increase inenergy reserves,and phosphoric acid of the original nerve-the regulatory capacity of the muscular system of the project will be the keys to winning a ring.
