泪小管断裂吻合术34例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Anastomosis on 47 Patients with Lacerated Lacrimal Canaliculus

目的 观察泪小管断裂吻合术的临床疗效,探讨泪小管断裂吻合术的手术技巧及方法。方法 显微镜直视下插入腰麻管行泪小管断裂吻合。结果 34例中,手术成功33例,成功率97.1％,手术失败1例,占2.9％。成功病例中治愈率57.6％,有效率达84.9％,无效仅占15.1％。结论 眼外伤中泪小管断裂的病人在显微镜直视下插入腰麻管行吻合术是比较有效的方法。

Objective To observe the effects of anastomosis on patients with lacerated lacrimal canaliculus and study operating skill- Methods By inserting pidural anesthetic tube to anastomose the lacerated lacrimal canaliculus with microscope. Results Of 34 eyes operated, 33(97. l%)eyes were done well,only 1(2. 9%)was failed. Among 33 cases,the ratio of curing was 57. 6%, the ratio of validity was 84. 9%, 15-1% was useless. Conclusion It was effective that inserting pidural anesthetic tube anastomoses the lacerated lacrimal canaliculus with microscope.
