原发性胃肠道淋巴瘤诊断方式的探讨 被引量：6

摘要 淋巴瘤是源于淋巴结和淋巴组织的免疫系统恶性肿瘤之一，可以发生在身体的任何部位。原发性胃肠道淋巴瘤（primary gastrointestinal lymphoma。PGIL）是最常见的淋巴结外器官的淋巴瘤，近年来发病率呈上升趋势。绝大多数PGIL为非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）．占淋巴结外NHL的30％～40％，占所有NHL的4％-20％。PGIL起病隐匿．大约70％的患者在早期没有临床症状．中晚期多以腹痛为最常见的临床症状。
