参脉加丹参注射液为主治疗老年冠心病心绞痛41例分析

Senile Coronary Heart Disease with Angina Pectoris Treated with Cenmai Injection plus Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection - An Analysis of 41 Cases

以参脉加丹参注射液为主治疗老年冠心病心绞痛,并与单纯西药治疗作对照,结果:治疗组对心绞痛症状显效27例,改善12例.有效率95.12％。对照组对心绞痛症状显效8例.改善23例,有效率77.5％。经统计学处理P<0.05,治疗组疗效优于对照组。表明参脉加丹参注射液可作为治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的有效药物。

This paper reports the treatment of senile coronary heart disease with angina pectoris with Cenmai Injection plus Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection(the therapeutic group), and comparisions were made between the therapeutic group and the control group (treated with western medicines alone). The results showed: the effective rate of the for mer group was 95.12% (The treatment was effectual in 27cases, and effective in 12), the effective rate of the latter group was 77.5% (effectual in 8 and effective in 23). The data was analysed statistically (P<0. 05). The therapeutic group was superior to the control group. It is suggested that Cenmai Injection plus Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection could be used as effective drugs for treating senile coronary heart disease with angina pectoris.
