摘要
本文介绍一种用迈克尔逊干涉仪测量压电效应的方法。压电响应含有快慢两种成分，且均为非线性。Ｅ３交变时观测到一种不对称的压电迥线。随机弛豫响应函数为ｅｘｐ（ｇｔ／τ）。
he paper presents a method for measuring piezoelectric effect by Michelson interferomctcr.Piczoelectric resPOnse has two parts, slow and fast, which belong to nonlincarity. When E3 alternates, an asymmetrical piezoelectric loop is observed. Random relaxation response function is exp(gt/τ).
