废书本纸脱墨新工艺的研究

A New Technique to Remove Printing Ink from Recycle Paper

提出了一种适用于中小型造纸厂利用废书报刊再生造纸的脱墨新工艺．它具有脱墨效果好、使用安全、工艺流程简单及投资少等特点．同时，还利用正交试验法对脱墨化学品的配比和工艺操作条件进行了筛选，得出了该脱墨工艺的最佳配方和操作条件．

After cross-interaction experiments of various formula components with differentoperation conditions, a new formula and a most reasonable technique to release and to remove printing ink from recycle paper respectively have been proposed. The formula and technique, characterized by simpler operation, fewer investmint and less environment pollutionwith desired result, especially suit the need of small-scale papermaking industry.
