烟草温室营养液无土育苗技术的试验研究 被引量:33

Effect of Fertilization, Cell Size and Clippmg on the Greenhouse Production of Flue-Cured Tobacco Seedling in the Float System

摘要 烟草营养液无土育苗技术的试验研究,包括施肥技术、育苗盘选择和修剪技术。试验结果表明,育苗期间营养液的氮素浓度前期以100×10(-6)~125×10(-6)为宜,后期以125×10(-6)~200×10(-6)为宜;无磷或前期缺磷会严重影响烟苗的生长发育;育苗盘孔径大小(苗穴数目)不同,育成烟的茎基直径、根系鲜重、根系于重、地上部鲜重等不同,以200号盘的数值为最高,200号盘与288、338和392号盘有显著差异;修剪以苗高达8cm时为第一次修剪期,每次修剪间隔5天,修剪的高度以距生长点4~5cm为宜。 Direct-Seeded float system greenhouse tobacco transplants production experimentincludes fertilization,cell size and clipping research. For the Nitrogen scheduling study,the results shew that 100×10-6-125×10-6 N and 125×10-6-200×10-6 N should beapplied during the early and late seedling growing stage respectively. For the phospho rus fertilization,10×10-6-20×10-6 P2O5 is recommended during seedling productionstage.Without phosphorus in the whole stage or in the early stage,seedling growthwas greatly inhibited. For the cell size study,stem diameter, fresh and dry weight of the root system,green stem weight of the transplants from 200 cell float were significantly higher than the plants from 288,338 & 392 cell floats.For the interaction of floattray cell number and clipping intensity,the results supported that the initial transplantclipping height was 8cm,the clipping frequency was 5 days,and clipping height was 4 5cm to the terminal bud.
