我国藏民族ABO血系基因频率的检测与分析

Detection and analysis on the gene frequoncy of ABO blood group for Tibetan of 143 students.

ＡＢＯ血系检测已在输血、妊娠免疫血液病、组织器官移植、疾病相关性、人类学、法医学中广泛应用。本文对郑州市第四中学１４３名学生ＡＢＯ血系进行检测与分析：Ａ型频率为１８．１８，Ｂ型频率为４３．３６，ＡＢ型频率为６．２９，Ｏ型频率为３２．１７；ⅠＡ基因频率为０．１３１０，ⅠＢ基国频率为０．３０１８，；基因频率为０．５６７２。

ABO blood group has alredy been utilized broadly in transfution, pregnancy immunity,blood diseases,tissue-organ transplantation, disease related, anthropology and legal medicine. The ABO blood group system were measured for 143 students of-the Tibelan class of the fourth meddle school of Zhengzhou.The results were showed that A blood group rate was 18. 18%,B blood group rate was 43.36%,AB blood group rate was 6.29%,O blood gwoup rate was 32.17%; Ⅰ_A gene rate was 0.1310,Ⅰ_B gene rate was 0.3078 and i gene rate was 0.5672.
