摘要
采用系统抽样法调查湖沼型洲垸亚型流行区的沮漳河西岸枝江段面河滩钉螺及感染性钉螺的分布状况,结果河滩有螺面积214万m^2,共调查9247框,活螺框出现率14.40%,活螺密度0.68只/0.11m^2,感染螺框出现率2.54%,感染螺密度0.042只/0.11m^2,钉螺感染率6.13%。不同环境、不同段面螺情各异。96.89%的钉螺和96.13%的感染性钉螺集中分布在距河堤150m以内的洲滩。从而明确了区域性灭螺的范围。
The distribution of snail and infected snail was surveyed by way of systematic sampling in flood land of Juzhang River, which was an epidemic area of schistosomiasis of lake-marsh type. The result showed that there were 2 140 000m2 snail-infested area in the flood land, and 47. 6% of which was susceptible zone. Altogether 9 247 frames were observed. The frame rate with living snails was 14. 4%, and the snail density was 0. 68/0. 11m2. The rate of frame with infected snails was 2. 54%, the density of infected snail was 0. 042/0. 11m2, and the snail infection rate was 6. 13%. The distribution of snails was different in different environment and different sections (altitude). 96. 89% of snails and 96. 13% of infected snails were concentrated in the marshland which was located within 150m from the embankment. Thus, The range of regional snail control is clear and definite.
