影响牙槽嵴吸收和下颌骨萎缩的因素 被引量:2

摘要 拔牙后牙槽骨丧失可能为局部因素所致,例如失牙后正常情况下由牙齿传导至牙槽骨的咀嚼压力不再存在,全口义齿直接对牙槽骨施压而致其吸收。通常认为,局部因素(例如长期配戴不良修复体或咬(牙合)不协调的义齿)是导致牙槽骨丧失的唯一原因。牙槽骨吸收的程度与无牙(牙合)的时间长短有关,但对配戴义齿是否为导致牙槽骨吸收的基本因素争议很大。由于牙槽骨呈进行性吸收。
