摘要
本文报告4例顽固性癫痫病人,采用慢性小脑刺激系统治疗癫痫,经3～24个月随访,发现在刺激前后,EEG,H反射,视觉诱发电位(VEP)有显著改变。根据文献,本文简要讨论了神经生理学在慢性小脑刺激系统的应用及其机理。
Four qatients with intractable epileqsy were treated by chronic cerebellar stimulation (CCS), following uq 3-24 months. Neurophysiology studies were performed. It can be seen that there were significant change between before and during and/or after cere bellar stimulation in EEG, H reflexes, Visual Evoke Potential (VEP). For investigation of effects of patients treated by CCS、neurophysiological examination is an objective target. Refering with data, neurophysiological employment and mechanisms of CCS are briefly discussed
