摘要
以亲本“凤凰水仙”(母本)、“福鼎大白茶”(父本)及其杂交后代 F_1为供试材料,测定了秋梢成熟叶片的净光合速率。通过遗传分析,结果表明:茶树叶片净光合速率属于数量性状的遗传,受微效多基因控制,且主要受核基因组控制。根据亲子代方差分析,净光合速率的广义遗传率为0.4154—0.7212,预期遗传进度为1.90—3.04μmol CO_2·m^(-2)·s^(-1);根据 F_1代株系间的方差分析,其广义遗传率为0.5945,遗传变异系数为22.97%,预期遗传进度为2.25μmol CO_2·m^(-2)·s^(-1)。
Varieties of Fenghuang-Shuxian,Fuding-Dabai and their hybrid proge-ny(F1)were used as materials for the study and the net photosynthetic rateof the mature leaf was determined in autumn.Results showed that the netphotosynthetic rate belonged to the genetics of quantitative character con-trolled by microeffective polygenes,especially the nucleus gene.Varianceanalysis between the parentoffspring generations indicated that the herita-bility in the broad sense of net photosynthetic rate ranged 0.4145-0.7212 andthe predicted genetic gain ranged 1.90-3.04μmol CO_2·m^(-2)·s^(-1).Variance ana-lysis between individuals of the hybrid progeny(F1)showed the heritabi-lity of 0.5945,the genetypic variation coefficent of 22.97% and the predictedgenetic gain of 2.25μmol CO_2·m^(-2)·s^(-1).
