摘要
对核电工程中应用的GH4169(Inconel718)合金的力学性能和抗腐蚀性能进行了研究,对GH4169合金不同冷拉形变量与力学性能之间的关系进行了试验与分析,在此基础上掌握了实际生产工艺的要点,为稳定该合金产品的制造工艺做了有益的探索。
The mechanical and corrosion-resistant properties of alloy GH4169(Inconel 718) used in nuclear power engineering projects have been studied.The experiment and analysis on the relationship have been carried out between the cold-drawing deformation and the mechanical property of GH4169 alloy.Based on abovementioned experiment,the key points of practical production process have been mastered so as to be of benefit to the exploration of improving the manufacturing technology for this alloy.
