73例神经内科医院感染分析

Analysis on 73 cases of hospital infection of the department of neurology

目的了解神经内科医院感染相关因素,为预防医院感染提供参考依据。方法应用回顾性调查方法,分析我院神经内科73例住院患者医院感染发生情况及危险因素。结果医院感染的部位以呼吸系统为主,其次是泌尿系统、消化系统和皮肤软组织,发病人群以大于60岁为主。结论医护人员要严格无菌技术操作和消毒隔离管理,积极治疗原发病,合理使用抗菌药物,降低医院感染的发生。

Objective To find out the nosocomial infection relative factors and develop preventive measures in neurology department.Methods Being analyzed application about nosocomial infection and nosocomial infection risk factors from 73 cases in the neural medical hospitalized by retrospective survey methods.Results The respiratory tract infection ranked the first place in all the infection portions,and followed by urinary system,the digestive system and skin soft tissue.The mainly population was older than 60 years.Conclusion The strict aseptic operation and isolation nursing are important for doctors and nurses.Curing underlying diseases and making the rational use of antimicrobial agents,then the infection rate could be lowered.
