摘要
针对传统牧草收割机存在的不足,提出采用液压方式驱动的牧草收割机。基于牧草收割机的液压传动系统建立数学模型,并利用Matlab软件提供的SIMULINK仿真工具箱建立仿真模型,根据给定的仿真系数,对参数不变以及节流阀开口量变化时的马达转速进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,该液压系统设计合理,马达的转速可以通过调节节流阀开口量的大小来实现。
Based on the weakness of mower,hydraulic transmission was used to drive mower.After analyzing the hydraulic system,the math model of this system was setup.The simulation model was established by using Simulink software package which was a part of Matlab.According to the number of coefficient for emulation,and the opening of the throttle was changed or unchanged in the motor of the speed of a simulation analysis,which showed that the design of hydraulic system was reasonable and rotate speed of hydraulic motor was changed by throttling the valve the opening of the size.
