基于语言测试理论优化大学英语试题库建设

Based on Language Testing Theory to Optimize College English Testing Databases Construction

利用试题库进行测试是命题方式的重要改革,建设大学英语试题库是英语教育现代化的需要,是教考分离、最大限度提高办学效益的需要,是实行标准化考试的需要。本文基于语言测试理论回顾及分析其新发展的基础上,在大学英语试题库建设的实用性、针对性、科学性等原则的指导下,讨论试题库建设的具体题型结构、测试内容和测试目的及所占比例,结合具体实践,提出优化大学英语试题库建设的对策建议:夯实命题教师的语言测试及相关理论体系;提高大学英语试题库试题的真实性和交互性;重视题库生成试卷的效度和信度。期望对我国的大学英语试题库建设与实践有一定的参考价值。

Using testing databases is a major reform of the style of test,and building College English Testing Databases is the need for modernization of College English education and for separation of teaching and testing,and the need to maximize schooling operating efficiency and to implement standardized tests.Based on the language testing theory review and analyses its new developments,under the guidance of the practicability,relevant and scientific principles,this paper discussed the testing items,contents,purposes and proportion.Combined with concrete practice,it puts forwards the countermeasures to the construction of College English Testing Databases,which is expected to have some reference values to College English Testing Databases construction and practice.
