摘要
创业型企业在市场竞争中除了靠产品、技术或服务维持其短期的市场竞争优势外,更重要的是构建适合企业持续发展的商业模式。根据现有文献研究发现,国内外学者更多是对成熟型企业商业模式进行探讨,而对创业型企业研究涉及较少。基于整合的思想,提出了通过内部因素与外部因素构建创业型企业商业模式的路径,即从价值来源与价值获取两种机制构建企业内部资源和能力与外部竞争优势的内在逻辑,最终实现企业价值创新。
In addition to keeping the short-term advantages in market competition by means of product, technology or service, it is more important for entrepreneurial enterprises to construct the commercial model suitable for their long-term development. According to the existing literature and researches, many scholars both at home and abroad discuss more on the business model of mature enterprises, with little reference to that of the entrepreneurial enterprise. Based on the integration thought, this paper proposes a new path of constructing commercial model for the entrepreneurial enterprises by means of internal factors and external factors, which means to construct inherent logic between the company's internal resource and ability and external competitive superiority from the two kinds of mechanisms of value source and value acquisition, finally to realize the enterprise's value innovation.
