摘要
从培养一批符合要求的大飞机人才这一目标出发,首先介绍国内大飞机人才现况并分析其原因,然后借鉴了国内外先进经验,针对知识型人才的特征,从人才培养规律以及企业中人才成长周期两个角度提出了一些人才培养与开发的战略与实施方法。
This paper starts from the target of fostering a group of qualified large civil aircraft talents. It firstly introduces the domestic status and analyzes the reasons. Then the paper puts forward the talents cultivating and developing strategies and approaches according to the characteristic of knowledge talents by taking examples from the advanced experiences at home and abroad. The strategies and approaches are proposed from two standpoints, the talents cultivating law and the talents life cycle in the enterprise.
