摘要
在实验室熏蒸柜中,采用不同浓度硫酰氟对德国小蠊成虫进行熏蒸效果观察研究,运用时间-剂量-死亡率模型对10h内各处理组德国小蠊成虫累计死亡率随时间、剂量的变化进行拟合。结果表明:硫酰氟对德国小蠊成虫具有较强的急性毒性。硫酰氟熏蒸浓度为1.0g/m3、1.5g/m3、2.0g/m3、2.5g/m3和3.0g/m3熏蒸10h后,德国小蠊成虫的累计死亡率分别为4%、8%、72%、84%和100%,随着熏蒸时间的延长,硫酰氟半数致死浓度(即LC50)逐渐降低。熏蒸后10h的LC50和LC90估计值分别为1.95g/m3和2.44g/m3。
Blattela germanica adults were infected by different concentration Sulfuryl fluoride in laboratory fumigation cabinet, and time-dose-mortality model was used to simulate their cumulative mortality within 10h.The results indicated that Sulfuryl fluoride had high acute toxicity to Blattela germanica aduhs.10 hours after infected by 1.0g/m^3, 1.5g/m^3, 2.0g/m^3, 2.5g/m^3 and 3.0 g/m^3 Sulfuryl fluoride, the cumulative mottality of the adults were 4%, 8%, 72%, 84% and 100%.The LC50 of Sulfuryl fluoride decreased gradually with increasing time.After fumigation 10h, the LC50 and LC90 values were estimated at 1.95g/ m^3 and 2.44g/m^3 .
