摘要
针对原钻孔刀具加工喷油器压板孔的加工效率低、刀具成本高且钻头崩损的缺陷,结合生产实际情况,从选择合理刀具、取消定心和取消分段加工三方面,对生产线的刀具进行优化,提高了生产效率,降低了刀具成本。
According to processing inefficient, high cost tools and drill collapse of original cutting tool for drilling hole injector plate, the text optimizes the tool on the production line from selecting a reasonable tool, the abolition of centering, cancellation of sub-processing, which improves production efficiency and reduces tool costs.
