摘要
通过化学方法制备轻质泡沫混凝土,分析了其结构形成机理,研究了发泡剂、激发剂、稳泡剂、料浆稠度与凝结时间及工艺条件等因素对性能的影响。通过优化选择,得到了性能优良的泡沫混凝土。
Chemical method is used to prepare foam concrete and the structure formation mechanism is analyzed. The influences of foaming agent, activator, foam stabilizer, slurry consistency, setting time and process conditions on properties of foam concrete are studied. Through optimal selections, the foam concrete with good performances are obtained.
