双脉冲电源在铝合金硬质阳极氧化中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了采用双脉冲电源完成铝合金硬质氧化膜层的制备方法,所得到的氧化膜层具有良好的抗腐蚀性和较高的硬度,满足标准要求;将氧化过程电化学原理与双脉冲电源工作原理相结合,探讨了工艺参数对膜层质量的影响;提出了双脉冲电源用于高铜铝合金硬质氧化的工艺参数。 By using double pulse power finished aluminum alloy hard oxide film preparation, the film layer has good corrosion resistance and high hardness, meet the standard requirements;the oxidation electrochemical principle and double pulse power combining theory, discusses the effect of process parameters on the coating quality;put forward double pulse power supply for high aluminum alloy hard anode oxidation process parameters.
