摘要
目的研究梅花入骨丹多糖对SW1353细胞活性的影响。方法体外培养SW1353细胞,用MTT法检测其在梅花入骨丹多糖剂量为50、100、200、400、800μg/mL中的细胞活性。结果 SW1353细胞在50~200μg/mL多糖剂量范围内细胞活性增加,400~800μg/mL时受抑制。结论低剂量的梅花入骨丹多糖溶液对SW1353细胞活性有促进作用,高剂量有抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of polysaccharide in Bauhinia Championi(Benth.) Benth.on activity of SW1353 cells.Methods SW1353 cells were cultured in vitro and treated with 50,100,200,400,800 μg/mL polysaccharide in Bauhinia Championi(Benth.) Benth.respectively,then the activity of SW1353 cells was detected by MTT assay.Results The activity of SW1353 cells increased when treated with polysaccharide in Bauhinia Championi(Benth.) Benth.within a dose range of 50~200 μg/mL,and decreased within a dose range of 400~800 μg/mL.Conclusion Low doses of polysaccharide in Bauhinia Championi(Benth.) Benth.has promoting effect on the activity of SW1353 cells,and high doses of polysaccharide has inhibitory effect.
