摘要
简述塑料热成型技术的基本原理和特点;分析目前国内外热成型聚丙烯市场的消费、树脂牌号开发等情况;总结树脂开发相关文献中研究的主要方向包括流变行为研究、成核剂改性;介绍两种可用于聚丙烯热成型的新技术。
The basic principles and characteristics of thermoforming are briefly described. The consumption and development status of PP resin for thermoforming in resent years at home and abroad is analyzed. The research related to resin technology for thermoforming PP is summarized,mainly including rheological behavior and modification with nucleating agent. Two new technologies that can be used in PP thermoforming are introduced.
