细胞生物学实验课程的教改探索

Research on cell biology experiment teaching reform

作为生命科学以及生物技术专业的必修课,细胞生物学是一门以实验为基础的学科。细胞生物实验教学既是培养学生观察能力和实验能力的重要环节,也是培养学生科学素质的有效途径。从拓展教学手段、丰富教学内容以及完善考核方式三个方面进行了教改探讨,以期提高学生的创新意识和学习兴趣,从而实现培养新世纪复合型人才的目标。

As a compulsory basic course for the undergraduate of Biological Sciences and Biotechnology,cell biology teaching builds upon its experiment course.Cell biology experiment course is helpful to cultivate undergraduates＇ scientific quality and to train their ability of observation and experiments.In order to improve students＇ innovative consciousness and studying interests,this paper provided several suggestion on expanding teaching methods,renewing teaching content and reforming the examination.The teaching reform on cell biology experiment course will benefit to the development of cell biology course and students＇ quality education.
