摘要
合成了三脚架型席夫碱配体N,N',N″-三(3,5-二碘水杨醛)缩三氨基乙基胺(C27H24O3N4I6,L)及其稀土配合物。经元素分析、IR、TG-DTA和摩尔电导率的表征,确定配合物REL.H2O(RE=Tb3+、Nd3+、La3+、Sm3+)是1∶1型配位,总配位数为6。用荧光光谱法研究了席夫碱配合物与ct DNA的相互作用。实验结果表明,配合物均可与DNA发生相互作用,而且相互作用为插入方式。另外,3种配合物对藤黄微球菌的抑菌作用均高于配体。
A new tripod ligand and its complex are synthesized.The complex was characterized by elemental analysis,IR,TG-DTA and molar conductance measurements.The results show the complex REL·H2O are 1∶1 electrolyte;The coordination number is 6.The interaction between the complex bound to ct-DNA was also studied by spectrometry measurements.In addition,the antibacterial activity of the complexes was significantly higher than ligand.
