降钙素原在新生儿重症感染中的临床应用价值 被引量:6

摘要 细菌感染是导致新生儿患病和死亡的最常见原因之一,新生儿特异性及非特异性免疫功能均不成熟,发生感染后易扩散,从局部感染可迅速发展为脓毒症、严重脓毒症、脓毒性休克,最终导致多器官功能衰竭和死亡。早期诊断和治疗对于改善预后十分重要,但由于新生儿感染早期缺乏特异性临床表现和快速实验室检测手段,
