新生儿囊性淋巴管瘤的临床特点(附1例报告)

Clinical Features Of Newborn Cystic Lymphangioma:One Case Report

结合1例具体病例的临床资料,同时复习相关文献,对囊性淋巴管瘤的临床特点进行分析总结,为今后的诊治工作提供帮助。囊性淋巴管瘤为先天性淋巴系统畸形的疾病,有浸润性生长和复发率高的特点,在诊断明确的基础上,行早期手术是治疗本病的主要方法,对于婴儿来说,囊肿有扩大的趋势,观察一段时间,便于完整切除。但对于有广泛组织累及的淋巴管瘤,或是病变部位有损伤伴有粘液等渗出,手术切除并不有利,而用博来霉素局部注射能有效地消退淋巴管瘤。

Using the clinical data of one case in our hospital and reference literatures to analyze and summarize clinical features of cystic lymphangioma and help for making a right diagnosis and giving proper treatment in future.The cystic lymphangioma,is,a congenital malformation of the lymphatic system disease,has infiltrative growth and easy to relapse.Based on the correct diagnosis,early surgical treatment is the main therapy of this disease.For the newborn patient,the cystic Lymphangioma with the tendency of expansion needs observation for a period of time in order to wait a proper time to perform a complete resection operation.But in the case of wide tissue involving or lesion with mucus in the site of cystic lymphangioma,the surgical resection generallywas replaced by local injection of bleomycin as a prior treatment.
