保障性住房的公共交通建设研究

Study on Public Transportation Construction of Indemnificatory Housing

当前随着廉租房、公租房等保障性住房的大规模建设,如何解决入住居民的出行难问题是建设中的重点。本着方便居民出行的原则,结合保障性住房居民的出行特征,提出保障性住房交通配套设施构建的方法;以重庆公租房项目为实例进行研究,为保障性住房的配套交通设施建设提供基础。

With the current low-rent housing, public rental housing and other large-scale construction of indemnificatory housing, how to solve the problem of residents＇ travel is the focus of the building. In line with the principles of convenience for residents to travel, combined with indemnificatory housing residents travel features, traffic facilities in indemnificatory housing construction methods are proposed. Taking public rental housing project in Chongqing as an example to study, some suggestions are given for the construction of transport facilities.
