摘要
结合我国房地产现状,剖析了现存问题的深层原因,阐述了应对解决措施;并对房地产是否为支柱产业、房价与地价的关系作了深入的理论探讨,为房地产业的健康发展提出了对策建议。
Based on Chinese real estate industry developing situation, this paper dissects the depth origins of living problem and goes deep into theoretical probing the relationship of land rent and land price whether the real estate industry is the mainstay industry, and expounds the strong pointed solution ways. Finally it submits the realistic countermeasures and proposals to promote the real estate industry healthy developing.
