摘要 三十烷醇(TA)是一种天然、无毒、高效的植物生长调节剂,广泛存在于植物蜡和昆虫蜡质中。研究结果表明:施用微量(ppm级)TA就能产生明显效果,可提高多种酶活性,促进氮代谢,同时能增加叶片中叶绿素的含量,促进光合作用。在植物组织培养中,三十烷醇可以促进植物组织分化,常可以和几种不同物质如磷酸二氢钾混合施用可起到加强效果。就三十烷醇对农作物、药用植物、藻类和食用菌类的生理作用及其应用情况进行了综述。 Triacontanol (TA) is a naturally occurring, nontoxic and efficient plant growth regulator, widely existing in plant wax and insect wax. After TA application has been analyzed, a small quantity of TA can cause significant results. There are changes in the activity of several enzymes, a promotion of nitrogen metabolic and increased chlorophyll content respectively to the untreated plants. To enhance the effect, TA can be used with several different sub- stances such as potassium di-hydrogen phosphate. In plant tissue culture, TA can stimulate the scale and propagation of plant tissue. Triacontanol has been a hot research area of plant regulator. This review provides a broad overview of the functions of TA.
