摘要
针对哈尔滨群力污水处理厂进水成分复杂,水质波动大等特点,通过调整曝气时间、污泥负荷、充水比、反硝化时间等,优化调整CASS工艺参数。试运行结果表明:该污水处理厂按进水0.5 h、曝气2.5 h、静沉1.5 h、滗水1.5 h的方式运行,MLSS控制在7 000 mg/L左右时,CASS工艺能稳定运行,且CODCr去除率达87.5%,BOD5去除率达80.4%,氨氮去除率达97.83%,TN去除率达86.21%,TP去除率达89.36%,SS去除率达97.14%。各项水质指标均能达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级B的标准。
Aimed at addressing more complicated components and greater fluctuation in water quality in Harbin Qunli Wastewater Treatment Plant,this paper discusses the application of CASS process for treating the wastewater of Qunli WWTP,by adjusting the aeration time,sludge loading,water-filled ratio and denitrification time to improve the system stable running.The results show that,in the presence of the filing time of 0.5 h,aeration time of 2.5 h,setting time of 1.5 h,decanting time of 1.5 h,and MLSS of about 7 000 mg/L,the plant remains in stable operation,with the removal ratios of 87.5%,80.4%,97.83%,86.21%,89.36%,97.14% respectively in CODCr,BOD5,NH4^+-N,TN,TP and SS,up to the requirement of the standard of level B in classⅠof Discharge Standard of Pollution for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002).
