摘要
结合县级电网特征,详细介绍了县级调度自动化系统的基本功能与系统组成,对县级调度自动化系统的硬件构成进行了探讨与研究,并对县调自动化系统的软件设计提出了3点要求。
Combined with characteristics of electric power grid at county level, fundamental function and components of dispatching automation system at county level were introduced in detail. Meanwhile, hardware of this kind of system was studied and discussed. Finally three proposals were put forward for software design of dispatching automation system at county level.
