贵州不同产地天门冬的品质比较

Quality of Asparagus cochinchinensis from Different Producing Areas in Guizhou

为了解不同产地天门冬品质的差异,根据中华人民共和国药典要求的测定方法等分析比较了贵州不同产地天门冬的含水量、醇溶浸出物、总灰分、皂苷和氨基酸含量。结果表明:不同产地天门冬的含水量为8.17%～14.03%,醇溶浸出物为63.49%～92.67%,总灰分为4.41%～4.82%,总皂苷为2.65%～4.36%,氨基酸总量为3.14%～6.83%。采集的野生样品基本符合中国药典对品质的要求,药效成分含量由高到低的产地依次为册亨、镇宁和沿河;相同产地的野生样品品质相当。

The water,ash,saponin and amino acid content and alcohol extract of A.cochinchinensis samples from different producing areas in Guizhou were determined to compare their quality difference.The results showed that the water content,alcohol extract,total ash content,total saponin content and amino acid content of A.cochinchinensis samples from different producing areas were 8.17%～14.03%,63.49%～92.67%,4.41%～4.82%,2.65%～4.36% and 3.14%～6.83% respectively.The quality of wild A.cochinchinensis samples from different producing areas accorded with the standard of Pharmacopoeia of the People＇s Republic of China basically.The effective component content of A.cochinchinensis samples from different producing areas was Ceheng Zhenning Yanhe.The quality of wild A.cochinchinensis samples from the same producing area was similar.
