摘要
目的:观察系统化产前健康教育对孕妇分娩方式的影响。方法:将136例初产妇分为两组,观察组79例采用系统化产前健康教育,对照组57例,仅采用门诊常规围产保健检查,比较观察两组的分娩方式及产程时间。结果:观察组的顺产率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),剖宫产率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组阴道助产率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的第一产程、第二产程及总产程时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组第三产程时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对孕妇进行系统化产前健康教育,能够提高自然分娩率,降低剖宫产率,缩短产程时间,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the effect of systematical prenatal health education on delivery modes of pregnant women. Methods: One hundred and thirty - six primiparous women were divided into two groups: 79 primiparous women in observation group received systematical prenatal health education, while 57 primiparous women in control group received routine perinatal health examination in outpatient department, the delivery modes and the stages of labor in the two groups were compared and observed. Results: The rate of natural delivery in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) . The cesarean section rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P 〈 0. 05) . There was no significant difference in vaginal delivery rate between the two groups (P 〉 0.05 ) . The times of the first stage of labor, the second stage of labor and the total stage of labor in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group (P 〈 0. 05 ) . There was no significant difference in the time of the third stage of labor between the two groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: Systematical prenatal health education can improve natural delivery rate, reduce cesarean section rate, and shorten the time of stage of labor, which is worthy to be applied in clinic.
