摘要
地铁工程同一般工程相比,受不可预见的水文地质条件、社会环境、施工技术的可靠度、经济发展的程度等多方面因素的影响比较重,必然使得地铁工程成为高风险的工程建设项目。介绍了地铁施工建设风险管理的内涵,阐述了开展地铁建设安全风险管理的必要性,探讨了地铁建设安全风险管理的总体内容和具体步骤。
Subway engineering are affected more seriously by some unpredictable factors such as hydrogeologieal conditions, social surroundings, credibility of construction techniques and economic development degree than general engineering, which would make itself become high risk project item. The paper introduees the connotation of risk management in subway construction, explains the necessary of risk management in subway construction, and discusses overall content and concrete step of risk management in subway construction.
