This paper briefly introduced the principles of engineering measurement and payment conditions and the problems need to pay attention to, taking Quanzhou section construction project of Quan-San expressway for example, elaborated the premises and preparations of engineering measurement and payment, and pointed out the key points of measurement and supporting, in order to guide the practice, avoid the unneces- sary disputes of builder and construction units.
