摘要
研究不同粒径的未改性硅灰石和改性硅灰石对纸页物理性能的影响,结果表明:硅灰石配抄在针叶木浆中,物理强度随着硅灰石用量的增加而降低,粒径的大小是影响纸页强度的主要因素,硅灰石添加到20%,抗张强度能满足文化用纸的使用要求,硅灰石可以代替部分植物纤维;未改性硅灰石的纸页白度要比改性的高,粒径小的硅灰石纸页白度高于粒径大的;纸页平滑度随着硅灰石的添加而提高。
The replacement ofmineral fiber for cellulose fiber not only reduces production costs but also protects the environment to achieve low carbon economy.The effects of different sizes of unmodified and modified wollastonite on the physical properties of the hand-sheets were studied.The result shows that when wollastonite composed with softwood pulp,the physical strength of the hand-sheets is decreased with the increase of adding dosage of wollastonite and the particle size is a major factor impacting paper strength.When wollastonite added to 20%,tensile strength can meet the applying requirement for fine papers.Whiteness of paper from unmodified wollastonite is higher than ones from modified wollastonite;whiteness of sheets from small particle size of wollastonite is higher than ones from large particle size;smoothness of sheets is increased with the addition of wollastonite.
