摘要
辨析了民办职业院校教师队伍稳定性的基本内涵,分析了民办职业院校教师队伍稳定性的现状,指出了影响稳定性的主要原因,阐述了保持稳定性的重要意义,在此基础上从政府、社会、学校三方面提出了稳定教师队伍的对策建议。
The paper analyzes the basic connotation and situation of the stability of non-governmental higher vocational college teachers,points out the factors influencing stability,and elaborates the important significance of maintaining stability.Based on this,this paper puts forward the suggestion of maintaining teachers＇ team from government,society and college.
