摘要
针对由木质纤维材料与塑料复合而成的新型材料—木塑复合材料(WPC),对其木纤维与塑料相容性及加工工艺的研究状况进行了综述,重点介绍了基体改性、增强体改性、偶联剂的使用等界面结合方法和传统工艺改善以及加筋增强、微孔发泡等新兴工艺对WPC机械性能的影响,分析了目前存在的问题,提出了注重理论与实际的联系、提高自主创新性等合理化建议。
Aiming at wood-plastic composite (WPC), which is a kind of novel material made from wood fiber and plastics, the influenee of interface compatibility and the processing on the mechanieal property of WPC are reviewed. Moreover, the emphases are the enhancement of interface combination which includes the modification of matrix, the modification of reinforcement, the addition of coupling agent and so on, the improvement of the traditional process, and some burgeoning technologies such as reinforcement with fillet, microcellular, etc. The present problems are analyzed, and some reasonable advices are proposed such as the contact of theory with practical and innovation.
