摘要
以芳杂环取代酸为原料,用Curtius重排的方法合成异氰酸酯,直接与2-萘氧乙酰肼作用,一锅法合成了4种1-(2-萘氧乙酰基)-4-取代芳杂环氨基脲类化合物.该方法具有原料易得、操作简便、无需分离中间体等优点.目标产物的结构经元素分析、IR及1 H NMR得到了确证.
New compounds of the type of 1-(2-naphthyloxyacetyl)-4-substituted aromatic heterocyclic semicarbazides were synthesized by a series of reactions of preparing organic isocyanates by Curtius rearrangement with 2-naphthaline aryloxyacetic acid hydrazide using one-pot procedure.This method has the advantages of easy handling,high yields,easy preparation and mild reaction conditions.The structure of compounds was characterized by elemental analysis,IR and 1H NMR.
