摘要 基于电化学阳极溶解的电化学光整加工方法,因其具有工具无损耗、不受工件阳极表面硬度影响、可获得光滑的表面轮廓等特性而备受关注,并得到迅速发展。从工具阴极的设计、电源设计研究、整平机理以及复合工艺等角度,探讨目前电化学光整加工的研究及其应用现状。 Since having advantages over traditional finishing such as regardless of materials hardness,no tool wear,high material removal rate,smooth and bright surface,electrochemical finishing(ECF),based on anodic electrochemical dissolution,is increasingly being paid attention in fields such as those of mold and dies industry where parts with difficult-to-cut materials and complex geometry are required,and developed rapidly.Therefore,a review,including power supply,design and advancement of cathode tool,electrolyte,was presented on current research,advancement and industrial practice in ECF,and the finishing mechanism of ECF and its hybrid processes were also concerned.
