平遥古城景区餐饮安全问题分析及对策研究

Analysis and Countermeasure Research on Dining Security Problem of Scenic Area of Pingyao Old City

平遥古城是全国主要的旅游城市之一,餐饮业发展较快,尤其个体餐饮业发展迅速,经营规模大小不一,卫生状况层次不齐。本文在餐饮食品安全日益受社会各方关注的大背景下,通过实地调查和分析,对平遥古城餐饮安全存在的主要问题进行了分析,提出了相应的解决措施。

Pingyao Old City is one of national main tourist cities where the individual catering enterprises de-velop rapidly,which have different management scales and uneven levels of health status.These problems are in-creasingly concerned by the social parties.Based on the field surveys and analyses of the catering problems in Pingyao Old City,the article analyzed the main catering security problems and proposed the corresponding counter-measures.
