摘要
针对目前异步电动机故障监测和保护系统功能相对单一,保护动作不够及时,常出现一些误动作,且不能及时与上位机信息交换等问题,提出了一种以16位单片机MSP430F449为核心的异步电动机故障监测及保护系统。给出了单片机控制系统的硬件电路结构、软件框图及其实现方法。系统采集电动机的三相输入电压、电流、转速、温度等信号,应用信号处理算法对电动机的状态实施监测和保护,通过键盘和LCD显示器完成人机交互。经分析表明:该系统可实现电动机故障信号监测,具有软停车、轻载节能及保护等功能。
Aimed at motor protection is currently confronted with problems that on-site comprehensive protection system has no strong communication function and isn't combined with early fault diagnosis, this paper researched on the motor fault monitoring and protective system based on 16-unit MSP430F449. The hardware circuit configuration of the single-chip computer control system, software diagrams and the realization method were presented. This system is able to collect the signals of three-phase voltage, current and so on to make protection algorithm with the sample data, to monitor the motor status. The human-computer interaction was realized by keyboard and LCD screen. It is proved by analysis that the monitoring system protective device can realize the soft stopping, energy saving of light load and protection of motor.
