摘要
汽车工业的发展带来能源危机和环境污染两大问题,电动汽车产业正在呈现出蓬勃的生机,而电动汽车检修行业从业人员明显存在数量严重不足和素质普遍不高的现象。作为培养高技能人才的高等职业院校应顺应企业和市场的需求,加快电动汽车检测与维修技术人才的培养。
The auto industry has brought the two major energy crisis and environmental pollution problems, the electric car industry is showing vigor, while the electric car repair industry, there is obviously a serious shortage of employees and the quality is generally not high phenomenon. Training highly skilled personnel as higher vocational institutions should conform to the business and market needs, speed electric vehicle inspection and maintenance of technical talents.
