摘要
首先作为急性时相反应蛋白被发现的C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP),后被证实在多数肿瘤患者的血清中呈高水平表达,CRP的浓度与肿瘤的侵袭性及患者的生存率有关,血清CRP的检测对恶性疾病的评估具有很重要的临床价值。并且,CRP对肿瘤细胞具有促进增殖和抑制凋亡的作用。因此,深入探讨CRP对肿瘤细胞的分子作用机制及细胞信号转导通路,寻找降低CRP的制剂,或许将为临床肿瘤的治疗开辟一片新天地。
C-reactive protein (CRP) first as the acute phase reactive protein was found. It was later confirmed that there is a high level expression of CRP in the serum in most cancer patients. The concentration of CRP is related to tumor invasion and the survival rate of patients. The detection of CRP in serum has very important clinical value in the assessment of malignant disease, and CRP promotes the proliferation and inhibits the apoptosis of tumor cells. Therefore, the signaling pathway tumor cells can probably provide new methods for treatment of tumors.
