摘要
目的:采用正交试验设计优化半夏泻心汤的水提醇沉工艺条件。方法:采用正交试验设计法,以小檗碱、巴马汀、黄芩苷、黄芩素的含量为考评价指标,考察加水量、浸泡时间、煎煮时间对半夏泻心汤水提醇沉工艺的影响。结果:正交试验优选确定的工艺条件为加水20倍,浸泡60min,煎煮40min。结论:半夏泻心汤的水提醇沉工艺条件合理、稳定、可行。
Objective:To optimize the optimum technological condition of water extracting and alcohol precipitation in Banxia Xiexin Decoction for Purging Stomach - Fire using orthogonal design. Methods : The empirical method of orthogonal design and e- valuation measures of detecting berberine, palmatine, baiealin, baiealein was used to decide the technological condition of water extracting and alcohol precipitation in Pinelliae Decoction for Purging Stomach - Fire about adding water, soaking times, deeoeting times. Results : The optimum technological condition was decided that adding water were 20 times and soaking times were 60 mi- nutes and deeocting times were 40 minutes. Conclusion : The technological condition of water extracting and alcohol precipitation in Pinelliae Decoction for Purging Stomach - Fire was reasonable, stable and feasible.
