摘要
从总体抗氧化能力、清除超氧阴离子自由基能力、清除羟基自由基能力三个方面,以合成抗氧化剂没食子酸丙酯(PG)作为参照物,分别评价了白豆蔻精油的抗氧化活性,并进一步比较了中国与印度产白豆蔻的抗氧化性能。结果表明:在精油浓度为0.5~2.0mg/mL的浓度范围内,中国、印度产白豆蔻精油清除超氧阴离子自由基的能力强于PG。在1×10-5~5×10-5mg/mL的浓度范围内,中国、印度产精油清除羟基自由基的能力强于PG。从而说明白豆蔻精油具有良好的抗氧化效果,且印度产白豆蔻精油抗氧化性略强于中国产白豆蔻精油。
Total antioxidant activity, superoxide anion and hydroxyl radical scavenging activities were used to evaluate the antioxidant activities of cardamon essential oil (CEO)from China and India.The various antioxidant activities were compared to synthetic antioxidants such as propyl gallate( PG).The results revealed that the activity of superoxide anion of CEO was higher than that of PG in range of 0.5-2.0mg/mL.At the same time,the activity of scavenging hydroxyl radical of CEO was higher than that of PG in range of 1×10-5-5×10-5mg/mL.It was clearl that CEO possesses a marked antioxidant activity,and the CEO from India was slightly better than that from China.
