加巴喷丁联合UVN光疗仪治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效观察

Gabapentin combined with UVN phototherapy in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia

目的 评价加巴喷丁联合UVN光疗仪治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效.方法 带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者74例,随机分成两组.治疗组37例口服加巴喷丁,同时在疼痛部位采用UVN光疗仪进行照射;对照组37例口服盐酸曲马朵缓释片、维生素B1、甲钴胺和维生素E.结果 治疗组治愈17例,显效19例,差效1例;对照组治愈5例,显效12例,差效15例,无效5例,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.两组治疗均有效,但加巴喷丁联合UVN光疗仪治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛治愈率与显效率更高.结论 加巴喷丁联合UVN光疗仪治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛起效快,较口服曲马朵等药疗效好,不良反应少.

Objective To investigate the effect of gabapentin combined with UVN phototherapy on postherpetic neuralgia after herpes zoster. Methods Seventy-four patients with postherpetic neu- ralgia after herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups. In the treatment group, thirty-seven patients were treated with oral gabapentin combined with UVN phototherapy, and in the control group, thirty- seven patients were treated with oral tramcontin, vitamin B1 and mecobalamin. Results The curative,good and poor effects in the treatment group were 17 cases,19 cases and 1 ca ses successively,which were better than that in the control group, curative 5 cases, good 12 cases, poor 15 cases and ineffective 5 cases. There were significant difference between the two groups （P~ 0. 05）. Conclusion Gabapentin combined with UVN phototherapy have a better efficacy and lesser side-effect than oral tramcontin in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia after herpes zoster.
