油菜素内酯对油菜中有机磷农药毒死蜱残留的降解效果

Degradation of Chlorpyrifos Residues in Rape With Brassinolide

[目的]探讨油菜素内酯降解油菜中有机磷农药残留的效果。[方法]采用气相色谱方法,研究了油菜素内酯对书香小油菜中毒死蜱残留的降解效果。[结果]用油菜素内酯处理的书香小油菜中毒死蜱含量比对照组减少了31%以上,且在前期降解毒死蜱残留的效果更明显。[结论]油菜素内酯能够有效降解油菜中毒死蜱残留。

[ Objective ] The aim was to explore the degradation of organophosphorus pesticide residue in rape by brassinolide. [ Method] The re- sidual amount of chlorpyrifos in rape treated by brassinolide was detected by gas chromatography. [ Result] The residual amount of chlorpyrifos in rape treated by brassinolide was 31% less than that in control,furthermore the effect of chlorpyrifos degraded by brassinolide was relatively obvi- ous in earlier stage. [ Conclusion] Brassinolide could degrade the residue of organophosphorus pesticide chlorpyrifos in rape effectively.
